Important Flight Information
Congratulations! You’ve booked a flight with Balloon Waco! Now what?
- Make sure that we have a way to contact you the evening before your flight, as well as the morning of, in case we have to cancel due to bad weather. If this happens, your flight will be rescheduled.
- Please allow us at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your flight. Call us at (254)644-2421.
- Ballooning is adventurous! Please wear suitable clothing, like long pants (jeans) and closed-toed athletic shoes. Absolutely no sandals or flip-flops.
- YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO FLY IF YOUR CLOTHING AND/OR FOOTWEAR IS CONSIDERED UNSAFE OR INAPPROPRIATE BY YOUR PILOT.
- You may bring cameras and video cameras—in fact, we encourage it!
- Please be sure to eat breakfast before your flight. The excitement of ballooning and an empty stomach don’t mix!
- Water will be provided for you in the balloon, but you may also bring your own beverage if you wish.
- You will be asked to sign a waiver before your flight launches.
- Please remember that your safety is our No. 1 priority, and your pilot has the last word on whether to launch or ground a flight.
